Lizzy Picardi
Lizzy is a passionate life-long athlete with experience competing at a high level in both strength and endurance sports. She thrives with hybrid training, or the combination of both strength and endurance sports to create a well rounded athlete.
She has competed on the national stage for powerlifting three times, qualified for the Boston Marathon 2025, and has experience in many other disciplines including bodybuilding, triathlon, Yoga, cycling, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, gymnastics, calisthenics, and trail running.
With consistency, focused training, and child-like wonder, YOU can accomplish above and beyond what you ever believed was possible. Ordinary people can achieve incredible things.

Mary Pelino
Mary has an extensive coaching and competitive background in Swimming and Powerlifting.
Competing across various sports, including CrossFit, Swimming, and Powerlifting, Mary has excelled in Powerlifting. She has graced the platform numerous times, continuously striving to surpass her Personal Records.
Her true expertise lies in Powerlifting. She blends linear progression with elements of West Side Training, incorporating chains, resistance, overload, and specialty bars. Each coaching plan is customized to align with the individual’s abilities, experience levels, and goals.
Her deep knowledge in the field empowers her to help others reach their personal records while also recognizing when to adjust their training strategies.

Her coaching philosophy emphasizes equipping clients with skills that enhance every stage of life, from daily routines and parenthood to staying active in retirement. Sionann believes it’s never too late to start your fitness journey.
