BARBELL
Get stronger like never before. Barbell training in a small group with the eyes of an expert coach who is invested in your progress. We prioritize form, sustainability, and education. Programmed by elite powerlifters in 6 – 10 week blocks using the principles of progressive overload to ensure your progress in your journey. You can join and make progress anywhere in the block.
MOBILITY
Incorporate exercises such as dynamic stretching, bodyweight exercises, foam rolling, and Pilates to improve range of motion and movement patterns. Great addition to strength training or on it’s own. No experience needed.

CALISTHENICS
Challenge your body and mind with just your bodyweight. In this class we work on improving skills and variations of the single leg squat, push-ups, pull-ups, rolls, handstands, ring movements, front levers, back levers, and muscle ups. This class is open for all levels. It’s a great way to build strength, body awareness, coordination, and have a great time while working out!
SUPER SCULPT
Not sure if Barbell is a good fit for you? Build confidence, work on improving your muscle tone and strength with this full body all levels workout. This class emphasizes balance, improving the mind muscle connection, and learning important movement patterns all while getting a killer workout.
